3/18 Friday 7:30 Satsang and Drum Circle with David Shaman
3/20 Sunday 1-4:45pm Massage Workshop: Chest, Belly and Arms This is part of a series of courses that were originally in our massage school curriculum. The name of this technique for which we became famous is Integrated Massage. This technique incorporates Swedish, sports, deep tissue and polarity styles. Though this workshop is for professionals with some experience, interested laymen are welcome. This upcoming session will focus on the chest, abdomen, and arms. The individual parts are a suggested precursor to our Advanced Integrated Massage course and are mandatory for our Whole Body review. Cost: $60 ($50 if prepaid by 3/13); Reviewers $45 ($35 if prepaid) $10 off for SHAC staff
3/27 Sunday 9am to 1pm Raindrop Technique Workshop with Emily Guarrello The Raindrop Technique is an application technique using a sequence of therapeutic, Grade A essential oils; dispensed like little drops of rain from a height of about six inches onto the spine. This application of Essential Oils, developed by Gary Young and the Lakota Indians, has been found to be beneficial in restoring balance in life and good health by: Balancing electrical frequencies, Relaxation and invigoration, Releasing dormant bacteria viruses and fungi in the spine, Unleashing emotions stuck in the physical body. Cost: $100.00 per person if paid by March 23rd, 2011 or $125.00 per person if paid after March 23rd, 2011
Materials Needed: 1 sheet, bath towel, 1 hand towel, loose fitting clothing. Please wear a shirt to be put on backwards so the back is exposed for the Raindrop Technique. Certificate Given Upon Completion. Please call, email or snail mail your reservations.
